On 28th Novemeber 2007 - 2 things hapened to me~

One good and one bad~

Lets say the bad things first.

The first worker that i'm supposed to bring in... i actually forgot the most important procedure~ INSURANCE BOND!! *sighz* Out of no where i forgot this!! It slip off my mind lor! And what i've cause are a series of troubles to others and to myself. PRC worker got held back in the immigration checkpoint for over 12 hrs. (Cost incurred to company is $500)

Morning took a cab ($16) down to office and process all the neccessary documents and then cabbed down to employer's workplace~ Sungei Kadut! From Chinatown to there it cost me $20 and after signing the papers cabbed back again (another $20). After all documents signed~ i "flew" down to our insurance agent and get things chopped n process (fee: $122 - I paid)!!! After bond is out.. went over to MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and get the release letter for the PRC to be released from the check point! End up... Susan & Xiaohong have to help me bring him out of the airport n send him to medical checkup. After processing the papers, HSR Sharon (Joseph PA) called me to check if we can change the appointment to 2.30pm! But guess what.. @ tat point of time.. its alr 1pm. Nevermind... i torlerate~ Called boss and check with his availability and then he said: "Meet me HSR @ 2.30pm"

With that command~ I took a bus down! reached there on the dot! After the meeting... boss cabbed me back to Chinatown (thank god, no cost inccured from me) Whe i reach back to the office~ Susan said... WeiLing bring HIM to sungei kadut now! *OMG* Do u all know the distance from Chinatown to Sungei ?? Journey is half and hr to 45mins. AND what else... it is the peak period!!! Alright.. i cabbed there cos hhe have luggages and the boss made me reach before 6pm. Hopped on cab @ 5.30pm and reached there at 6.15pm. Once settled him, i cabbed back to meet Qin, Pete, Tengyu and Hongkun. (to n fro - $34)

*FYI, i paid the insurance and cab. Wondering sld i pay the fines of $500 too. One mth salary is almost gone alr!*

After everything ended... I was already worn out cos.. for the whole day.. i din eat nor drink. *NO TIME*

It was great that Peter treated me for the KTV cum Buffet~ it was said to be my bday present cum dinner treat. LOL~ In return i got him Mint Chocz cos i know he like minty choc. =) Thanks for the treat!!

Unbelieveable... 3 of us are primary school friends!! Knew eacher other for abt 14 years!!!!! They can so call... *MY CHILDHOOD FRENZ* =)

Thanks guys~ it was a wonderful night thou i did nap a little. *haha* Sorry i totally cannot make it alr!! *haha*

Well... promised~ more gathering is on our way with our other pri sch friends ba!!
