LOL~ Woo.. its wrapping ba zhang day for my hse. Actually its day 1~ Monday is 2nd rd...

Normally we always hv the "habit" of sharing our ba zhang wif others.. So thats why distribution of ba zhang is within these few days. Well.. This yr's project i help out the most. =) Peeling... cutting... Frying and wrapping - i'm one of the "participant" =P FYI, i'm nt a trouble maker k? *hahah*

First thing i've did is to skin off the water chestnuts... and... and... *sob sob* my gui fu shou... soak in the water until it looks like an old lady hand. *grrr* This is wad happen o a person who dun use to do household chores. =D


Nx is to cut the dry winter melon into small dices/cubes... Then it was the frying n washing of the Glutinous rice. Following the wrapping procedure. =)

Before wrapping.. some ingredients need to be pan fried first.

After wrapping... Brian n I took some of our "Zhi Lian" foto ourselves.. Tat lil devil is freaking gd in handling Digi cam.

Yupz.. it cooking Ba Zhang time. =)

Well... traditional Ba Zhangs are wrapped by my mum while the so call new era one is MY CREATION... =D Its in a rectangular shape. Its a self innovated shape. Mayb u guys will see it outside too.. but i really did it by trial and error method to form such shape. =)

Total i wrapped abt 35 ba zhang... My hands are so so tired. *lol*
